Perseus Proteomics Inc. Announces the Appointment of Dr. Tatsuhiko Kodama (University of Tokyo, professor) and Kazuo Nakamura (CMIC Co., Ltd., Chaiman & CEO) to the Board of Directors. Dr. Hiroshi Matsushita assumes full-time position as company auditor.

Perseus Proteomics Inc. Announces the Appointment of Dr. Tatsuhiko Kodama (University of Tokyo, professor) and Kazuo Nakamura (CMIC Co., Ltd., Chaiman & CEO) to the Board of Directors. Dr. Hiroshi Matsushita assumes full-time position as company auditor.

Perseus Proteomics announces the addition of Dr. Tatsuhiko Kodama and Kazuo Nakamura to its Board of Directors. Dr. Kodama is currently a professor of systems biology and medicine at the University of Tokyo. Mr. Nakamura is the Chairman and CEO at CMIC Co. Ltd.. Dr. Kodama and Mr. Nakamura join current board members Kazuyuki Matsuda (CEO), Yukio Ito, Hiroko Iwanari, Kenichi Nagai (CFO), Tetsuo Nakamura, Ph.D (Institute of Immunology Co.,Ltd., Chairman), and Takuro Wakabayashi (ASTEC, General Partner). In addition, Perseus Proteomics Inc. announces the appointment of Dr. Hiroshi Matsushita to a full-time position as company auditor.
